I'd wondered about adding contents like this to this page, but then thought that what I'd prefer to see is not so much the structure of government, as examples of use or creation of free software by government. Both aspects have their place (though in this case I think the second is primary); how should they be organised on the wiki? Should there be a change in the top level organisation to allow for these two aspects (eg addition of yet another box)? Graham 17:38, 2 Nov 2004 (GMT)

I think that cataloguing the government departments which have influence is a necessary but minor part of the page. The initiatives and projects are more important, but how do we find them?
